Software return procedure
If you’re dissatisfied with a software product purchased from our webshop, please email us at hivetune.contact@gmail.com using the email address associated with your purchase. Be sure to include your license key(s) and the name of the product(s) you’d like to return. We will provide detailed instructions for deactivating your product license on all devices.
Software products refund process
After verifying that your software has been deactivated, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal. Please note that the refund amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates or bank fees. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
