The Buyer must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. Collectively referred to as the "Parties", these terms exclude any other document or verbal commitment unless formally accepted by both Parties. These conditions exclusively apply to the usage of the website hivetune.com and to the sale of Products on the website hivetune.com.

In such cases, you must delete any part of the software, as well as any audio material created using it, from all storage media in your possession.

Software License

The software license grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable right to use the software solely in connection with our services and in accordance with these Terms.

The Vendor does not guarantee the software will meet all requirements, be error-free, or have all bugs resolved in future updates. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for its use and shall not hold the Vendor liable for any resulting damages.

Intellectual Property

When downloading a Product, the Buyer receives a license to use it. Misuse or violation of these Terms or related licenses is strictly prohibited. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review and adhere to these Terms.
